+QCHIP, a chair at the University of Granada, focuses on transforming the semiconductor industry through the integration of CMOS Circuits and Innovative Technologies. Located in Granada, the +QCHIP chair is at the forefront of research and innovation in the field. We are thrilled to announce multiple open positions for Researchers to join our pioneering team at the University of Granada.

Available Positions:

  1. Researcher in Quantum Computing and Sensing Applications
  2. Researcher in IoT Applications Based on Two-Dimensional Materials
  3. Researcher in Nanofabrication Tools Development
  4. Researcher in Integrated Circuits for IoT Applications

Position Details:

  • Location: University of Granada (Spain)
  • Salary: €1800 per month
  • Application Deadline: October 25, 2024

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research leading to a PhD in collaboration with associated companies, focusing on:

  • Development of applications in quantum computing and sensing.
  • Design and development of integrated circuits for IoT.
  • Development of nanofabrication tools for two-dimensional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or similar.
  • Master’s degree related to the research activities.
  • Relevant coursework or final projects in microelectronics, electronic design, or related areas.

Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience in research groups, including international research stays.
  • Experience in research contracts related to the specific activities.
  • Scientific publications and presentations at international conferences.
  • Outstanding academic achievements, such as awards in Bachelor’s or Master’s programs.
  • Official English language proficiency (B2 or higher)
