📢 We want to remind you that the +QCHIP Chair is co-organizing the 24th edition of the INFOS “Insulating Films on Semiconductors” conference, which will take place from June 25 to 27, 2025, in Granada, Spain
The deadline for submission of 2-page abstracts is February 21, 2025. 4-page versions of all accepted abstracts will be considered for publication in an open special issue of Solid-State Electronics “Letters from Insulating Films on Semiconductors 2025”. Authors of selected accepted INFOS2025 papers will be invited to submit full-length (7-10 pages) papers which will be published in a regular issue of Solid-State Electronics.
