Empowering Women in Science & Inspiring the Next Generation 👩‍🔬

On this International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we recognize the women researchers at +QCHIP UGR, working at CITIC UGR, who are pushing the boundaries of technology in nanoelectronics and advanced materials. Their work is shaping the future of technology and serves as a powerful example for future scientists and engineers.

However, we know that visibility and role models matter—and inspiring the next generation starts with education. That’s why at +QCHIP, we’re not only committed to fostering gender diversity within our research team, but also to engaging young people—especially women—through educational activities at universities and high schools.

✨ Through workshops, talks, and hands-on experiences, we want to spark curiosity, break stereotypes, and encourage more young women to explore careers in STEM.

📸 Meet the brilliant women in our team who are leading the way!

To tackle the challenges of the future, we need diverse perspectives and voices. Let’s work together to create a more inclusive, innovative future in science and technology.
