Today, the +QCHIP Chair is proud to co-organize the conference “FET 100: 100 Years of the Field-Effect Transistor” at the Universidad de Granada in the CITIC UGR.
We are honored to welcome Professor Hiroshi Iwai, internationally recognized for his pioneering contributions to CMOS and semiconductor technologies, for a talk reflecting on the 100-year evolution of the field-effect transistor and its impact on modern electronics and computing.
The conference will explore the development of MOSFET and Nano-CMOS technologies, from their origins to their role in today’s connected and intelligent systems.
