The 24th International Conference on Insulating Films on Semiconductors (INFOS 2025) has officially come to a close!
From June 25 to 27 in beautiful Granada, we welcomed researchers, professionals, and students from around the world to share cutting-edge work, foster collaboration, and explore the latest advances in insulating films and semiconductor technologies.
